How do I return an item?
General Return Policy
Eligible product returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery by the carrier. After the initial 30 days all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns on used or installed product. - Product in an unused condition may be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Product that has been opened, but is still in an unused condition may be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Some product may not be returned under any circumstances and are considered, ALL SALES FINAL items. Those products are; - Any Taser product with a serial number.
- Ammunition (loaded ammo or components thereof).
- An food product(s).
- Clothing (specifically under garments).
To start the return process you will need to email returns@calssportingarmory.com for an RMA#. RMA standards for Returned Merchandise Authorization and is used to identify a transaction. All eligible returns require an RMA#. Returns received without an RMA# will be refused. Once you have received your RMA# ship your return to;

Make sure that you insure your return for it's replacement value in case it's lost or damaged in transit.

If the return is a result of an error we or the manufacturer made we will issue a credit to the customer account for the cost of standard shipping & insurance. This type of return will not be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds are made in the original method paid.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving an authorized return.
Defective Merchandise Return Policy
Product received and found to be defective must be returned directly to the product manufacturer or importer under their warranty policy. If you need help in contacting a product manufacturer or importer please email customer service.
