How do I return an item?
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase when it arrives, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for your choice of:

Replacement (same brand, model, etc.)

Refund/Credit to the same payment method, of the invoiced value of the item and any taxes you may have been charged. Shipping and insurance charges are non refundable. To receive are fund, your original packing invoice should accompany your return. If you do not have the original packing invoice enclosed with your order you can simply log onto your account at www.calssportingarmory.com and click the " My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.

Returns made after 7 days of receipt are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
After the initial 30 days all sales are considered final. And all items must be returned to the manufacturer for refund, credit or replacement by the manufacturer under their warranty policies.
If we made an error on your shipment, if we made a mistake on your order, if the product you received was defective, return surface shipping will be reimbursed. Any errors must be reported to use directly within 48 hours of receipt by emailing support@calssportingarmory.com.
Returns within 30 Days - If you do find it necessary to return an item to us, contact our Returns Department at returns@calssportingarmory.com for a Returns Authorization Number (RMA#). All returns require an RMA#. The RMA# must be clearly visible on the address label of the shipping box. Returns received without a valid RMA# will be refused. Provide a brief explanation of why the product was returned and would you would like done. Items must be in their original packaging. Select items may be designated as non refundable (For Example: Closeout Items, Tasers, etc). Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Refund/Credit or Store Credit is issued within 4 business days after the return has been processed.
Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that specifically requires the item to be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If sent to CalsSportingArmory.com, we will forward it to the manufacturer for their inspection and they alone will make the final disposition on repair or replacement.
Be sure it's right before you use it! By law, undergarments that have been worn or used cannot be returned for credit or exchange. We will not accept this merchandise and it will be automatically returned to you.
Items that are not accepted for return, refund, or exchange:
Returns After 30 Days - In the event you wish to return an item after 30 days, you must contact our Customer Support Department at support@calssportingarmory.com before making the return. Return Authorization may be provided by Customer Support for reasons deemed to be valid; however, the item(s) must be in new condition as shipped with all original product packaging. Items that are authorized for return after 30 days are charged a minimum 20% Restocking Fee.
Holiday Return Policy: Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from ship date. However, we understand that many consumers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our return period for the holidays. Items shipped between November 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 may be returned until January 31, 2009.
If the package was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please email support@calssportingarmory.com before disposing of the packaging or making a return shipment. We will assist you in making a claim with the carrier.
